The role is working 8 ~ 12 hour shifts (mostly 12 hour shifts) at our Head Office in Solihull. Your responsibilities will include taking calls and emails from security staff, clients and making arrangements in line with their requirements and requests.
This is a fast-moving job, you need to be able to handle pressure and multi-task, deal with issues and make decisions, IT skills are essential.
The working shifts can be days or nights or a mixture of both, including weekends and bank holidays.
It will be ideal if you have worked in the security sector previously and an SIA licence is required for the role. A clean drivers licence will be helpful.
