Counter Terrorism Awareness 1 December 2022

ESG Security continually raises awareness of counter terrorism procedures amongst its employees. As well as an understanding of counter terrorism it’s important for staff to understand the whole process including the terrorist threat level to the country.

For some staff learning about counter terrorism could be something new, so providing comprehensive training and e-learning and developing background knowledge on the topic is vital. We urge our staff to complete the ACT Security e-learning course to esnure their counter terrorism knowledge is up to date.

There is a great amount of advice (on this website) for security officers on identifying suspicious behaviour and limiting the damage an incident could cause.
