Alarm Response Services
To comply with the Security Systems Policy of the National Police Chiefs Council (NPCC), activations are responded to within 20 minutes. Upon arrival, the security officer will carry out a patrol to determine the cause of the alarm and check for signs of vandalism and trespass. Findings are reported to our control room and the necessary actions are taken in accordance with your company’s escalation procedures.
