• Responsible persons must implement procedures to minimise the risk of harm during a terrorist attack.
• Procedures include evacuation and invacuation plans (moving everyone to a safe space within the premises or event).

Enhanced Duty:

• Venues with over 800 individuals must adhere to additional measures.
• Enhanced measures include securing sensitive information like floor plans and documenting compliance.

One-Off Events:

• Events not usually subject to the enhanced duty but expecting 800 plus attendees must comply.
• Includes events on open land with controlled access, such as classic car rallies and music festivals.

The Bill aims to enhance public safety by ensuring that venues and events are better prepared to handle potential terrorist threats.
