Armed Forces Covenant
ESG Security is supporting the Armed Forces Covenant. The two principles of the Armed Forces Covenant:
- No member of the armed forces community should face disadvantage in the provision of public and commercial services compared to any other citizen
- In some circumstances special treatment may be appropriate, especially for the injured and bereaved
For ESG Security this will mean providing employment opportunities for veterans, reservists, service spouses and partners, as well as support for cadet units.
Living Wage Foundation Employer
ESG Security is committed to promoting and encouraging our clients to pay the Living Wage as per the Living Wage Foundation. This means we will always offer a Living Wage bid alongside the existing rate to all prospective and current clients. This means our clients will always have the choice to implement the Living Wage at the point of tender.
Royal British Legion
ESG Security is a proud supporter of The Royal British Legion (RBL) and in 2023 we will be increasing our support. We will be supporting the RBL in a range of ways throughout the year, which will include making donations but also working as a ‘partner’ to support their campaigns. In 2021 and 2022 ESG Security was an unofficial partner of the Poppy Appeal.
