Employee of the month – January 6 February 2024

Our employee(s) of the month for January, Grant and Nelson. Well done both!

Grant has impressed us and our client with his excellent customer service and effort at a health club, where he respects the company values of conscientiousness and inclusivity. Grant’s calm and respectful way of working was recognised by our contract manager, which led to him being put forward for employee of the month. We also received outstanding feedback from one of our client’s staff members, who thanked us for backing Grant and praised his work.

Nelson works as a retail security officer at a store in Wallisdown, close to Poole. Nelson has made a positive contribution to reducing stock loss since he started. He’s also been recognised for his punctual attendance.
