A national car park operator was concerned about rising theft at its facilities and were looking for a respectable security company to implement proactive security. The company requested ESG Security undertake a thorough survey of its most problematic facilities. Following a thorough review ESG Security were able to recommend the deployment of SIA trained and licenced Security Officers.

ESG Security deploy a team of 10 Security Officers to three facilities across West Sussex. We provide Officers with a high visibility uniform and cold weather clothing. The Officers are equipped with radios, patrol devices, stab proof vests, and body worn CCTV. Since the deployment of our personnel, our client has seen a noticeable reduction in car theft and antisocial behaviour within its car parks. Our Officers provide a strong deterrent to would be criminals. In addition, members of the public have been stopping to praise our security personnel, who appreciate their friendly and helpful attitude.

Our client is assured their facilities are protected by trained and experienced security staff. The visible and responsive presence they have provided has resulted in a reduction of car thefts and incidentally provided favourable press coverage for our client.
